The informative, concise and professional information Mr. Edwards provides regarding PR and how to market yourself is wonderful.  I found it very easy to understand and inspirational.  I think for most of us at one point in our lives we have an idea or dream we wish to turn into a reality, but are often deterred by the "helpless" and "exposed" feeling of not knowing where to start and most importantly how to get our idea or product out there in the public eye.  Not only does the author provide priceless information about how to tackle these issues that sometimes hold us back, but also includes countless numbers of explanations, examples and links to help you.  For me I can honestly say that this book has not only increased my confidence in marketing myself, but has changed my life due to the invaluable info I will take with me in every future endeavor.
I must also mention that Standing Naked At 10 Below has earned the title of Amazon's #2 Best Selling Advertising Book!

BOOK REVIEW: Etre the Cow By: Sean Kenniff

Etre the Cow
By Sean Kenniff

Wow, what brilliant story!  Don’t be fooled by the name of this book, it is not just a    book about cows.  It is filled with interesting metaphors and symbolism that relate to the struggles that we humans face, a roller coaster of emotions.  Etre the Cow is more than a good book, it is an experience, and a definite must read.  It changed my life forever!

The Little Mouse Solamae
 By Linda Cardinal Schneider

A great story about a little mouse's search for her family.  While she encounters many obstacles she never gives up hope and has faith that even though she has no idea how she will make she has faith that she will be OK.  A great read not only for children but for adults as well.

BOOK REVIEW: Voyage On The Great Titanic By: Ellen Emerson White

Voyage On The Great Titanic
By: Ellen Emerson White

It tells of a young girl, Margaret, who is offered an opportunity to take a trip on the famous ship, Titanic. She keeps a diary of the emotions and events that occurred right before, during, and right after one of the worst disasters in history. The details the author provides about the voyage are intricately woven into this character's life. Written in a diary format it allows readers to feel as though they are there along with Margaret throughout the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend this book for young readers and anyone interested in reading a different perspective on one of the most talked about subjects in history.

BOOK REVIEW: Don't Tell the Girls: A Family Memoir

Don't Tell the Girls: A Family Memoir
By: Patricia Reilly Giff

This memoir is written for grades six and up, and is an excellent instructional tool for researching your own family roots.  The author spends the length of this short book reminiscing about her childhood and blending the stories, memories, and facts together to help decipher the unknown details of some of her ancestors, going back many generations.  While it is a very insightful approach, the uneasy juxtapositions between the past and present can throw the reader off track.

PRODUCT REVIEW: SO Silver-Tone Butterfly Rainbow Mood Watch

Beautiful like a Butterfly!

I was so excited to find such a beautiful butterfly watch.  The colors all blend well together.  The band is a rubbery gummy material, which does make it hotter and easier for your wrist to sweat.

Unfortunately, the "mood" changing does not work on mine and it was not worth the trouble to return it.  Overall, I am enjoying it.

MOVIE REVIEW: “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”

On Stranger Tides is packed full with humorous lines, lots of action, creative sub plots, a quest for the fountain of youth and yes even a simmering underlying love story. Best of all, Johnny Depp returned to his hilarious, unique, adventurous character Jack Sparrow.

I love the whole Pirates series! I loved this sequel as well. I will always be a true and faithful fan. However, I did miss the characters Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom cultivated.

How can you tell if someone is a TRUE Pirates fan? If they stay all the way to the end credits eagerly awaiting their treasure!

Can not wait for number 5!!
